A DESIGNER-FOCUSED, MULTIMEDIA FESTIVAL
In August, the Jungle Theater presented SHINE A LIGHT, featuring artists and exciting multimedia installations. Theater Mu continues the festival by temporarily moving into their iconic windows that face Lyndale Ave. Our three-week visual exhibition lifts up the local Asian American designers who make theater, providing a platform to respond to the current moment and explore themes that impact them and their work.
Featuring the talents of Mina Kinukawa, Khamphian Vang, Abbee Warmboe, and Kenji Shoemaker. With artist responses by Sara Ochs, Kealoha Ferreira, Daisuke Kawachi, and Anna Hashizume.

VIRTUAL ACCESS
Though not a full production, we are excited to present an event that takes audiences to the theater.
